1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Vocabbie mobile application ("App"), operated by Antonija Pek, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vocabbie is an AI-powered vocabulary learning application that helps users build their vocabulary through spaced repetition and personalized learning experiences.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Services

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

  • Vocabbie offers auto-renewable subscriptions with different tiers (Starter, Pro, Max)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage your subscription through your App Store account settings
  • Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase

Subscription Tiers

  • Starter Plan: 25 decks per month
  • Pro Plan: 75 decks per month
  • Max Plan: 150 decks per month

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you create using the App
  • You grant Vocabbie a license to use your content to provide the service
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits

7. Intellectual Property

  • The App and its original content are owned by Vocabbie
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
  • All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App.

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • Vocabbie may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vocabbie disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vocabbie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

Vocabbie reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
